Hi all,

I've randomly picked Hellas Verona to start a new game, and they have seven under 20 coaches and one general coach, compared to 4 advised (in the boardroom screen). They also have an amazing 8 physios, compared to 3 advised - even top teams don't need that many. Most of the staff have very average stats (nothing important above 10).

Apart from being expensive, the youth team seem to be getting much better coaching than the senior team (the coaches' assignments screen show 2.5-3.5 stars for the former and 2 for the latter).

I've never used the mutual termination option when starting a new game before - I usually leave it and deal with them as the contracts expire - but should I take this opportunity to have a massive clearout? I'm thinking sack the 5 worst physios, and most of the youth coaches in order to get in more coaches for the senior team. Or would that be too disruptive?

There will be know disruption but with that at that level, beware your finances.
