Hi I'm currently Chelsea in Second season.

Im playing 4-2-3-1

Currently i have as Advanced Playmaker - Oscar / Mata / Isco to swap with.

Very nice already

However i got the message today, that Mesut Ozil wanted to leave real. I just couldnt stop myself, i mean look at those beastly stats!

So i got him !

Now i have 4 Advanced Playmakers in Oscar/ Mata / Isco / Ozil

I can really swap around 4 playmakers in 1 team..

Who would you get rid of? - Im currently thinking Isco or Oscar atm, as i love Mata very much as a Chelsea Supporter

you could probably play one of them as a playmaker in CM and the rest of the three all as AM (with diff) roles depending on their stats.

With this sort of tactic you'll definitely want a CM also who's a good, hard working defender type.

Isco plays fine as a CM, just train him in that position and he'll play it 'natural' within a season. And, like Coupdhaha says, you could play a narrow 4-2-3-1 with 3 AMCs.

I play a narrow 4-2-3-1 with 3 AMCs and it works brilliantly. I have the middle guy as a trequartista, then two on the attacking midfielder role either side.
