Override Player on a Hat Trick From Taking PK?

Today I had Laurent Koscielny step up to take a penalty because he had scored twice this game from corners and was on a hat trick. He missed his penalty, and even though we ended up winning the match, I am fearful that something like this could happen in a really important match where I need RvP taking the kick.

Is there any way to override a player taking the penalty when he is on a hat trick?
