Yup, open editor, load database. To the left bottom screen click teams and then add. Then in the corresponding screen you can add it to the league you want. You should make sure the number of teams is within accepted values for the league you're adding it on or edit one to make a swap.

how much muny do u start with wat the stadium like and the training ground do u start with any players or staff

I don't know, for the stadium I'd see what are the stadiums of the division rivals and put values around.

As for money, I'll look in a bit, but with 400K€ for transfers and for wages. you get like 8000p/w of wages and I don't have the idea transfer had 400K, but I have to check it.

ok, that gave me around 10K and 80K, apparently (not exact since I spent some and made a budget adjustment.
