Hi, thanks for the feedback. Barca already have three kits in-game, which is the maximum a club can have. There are no plans currently to create their fourth kit, due to this. Hope this helps!

Because of the way the kits are created there are no default kits like with other packs, though there is a plain white placeholder kit used in packs where kits are missing/waiting for updates
