I was thinking that PA should be able to rise depending on how fast a player reaches his max PA. For example I have Angelo Henriquez that has reached his maximum PA of 155 and he's only 20 years old and shouldn't be fully devolped yet. SUrely his PA should go up so he can be a world calss player after seeing as he's so good at such a young age!

yeah that would make sense I guess, you wouldn't be the same player for your whole career, you are bound to improve especially considering his age I.

Although he never reaches his PA on mine until he is like 26.
