PLUG AND PLAY TACTIC ONCE YOU HAVE THE CORRECT PLAYERS!
What you'll see in this tactic is anything between 45/55% possesion, but constant counter high pressing attacks,
you'll see your 3 shadow strikers having through balls pinged into them and bundles of 1v1s.

After doing loads of research on what stats are needed within the game (30/40 + hours)
i've created a tactic which I believe the game can't deal with.

Important attributes are pace and acceleration 15+ for inverted full backs.
Terzic at AC Milan is good at left inverted wing back
Amar Dedic at Real Madrid is good at right inverted wing back

The front 5 are what cause complete destruction and all 5 need 16+ in acceleration and pace, the higher the better.
All other stats don't matter as much as you think they do.
(when i say don't matter, the research done by many people, shows that pace, acceleration and jumping are the 3 meta stats on the game and the rest are just there to make the game more realistic)

Roaming playmaker in the middle needs pace 15+ and needs jumping 15+
players like Marc Bernal at Barcelona or David Ozoh at Crystal Palace are both good in that role.

centre backs don't need much, except the usual ball player centre back stats, but again, acceleration/pace/jumping will benefit alot.

you'll have bundles of fun building a squad with pace while ignoring most other attributes, then watching total destruction, no defence including the likes of real madrid or bayern or liverpool can deal with this setup.

DO YOU NOT USE THIS TACTIC AND EXPECT TO DOMINATE UNLESS YOU HAVE FAST PLAYERS AND GOOD JUMPING ATTRIBUTES.
I've tried and tested for hours and hours on many different saves in many different leagues, and once you have the pace within your squad, you'll dominate.
LET ME KNOW IF YOU USE THE TACTIC AND HOW YOU GET ON SO I CAN CONTINUE TO DO TESTS AND IMPROVE IT.

WOW what a formation could you show us your goals and assists screen and what was your line up?
The formation was a old tactic named reaper, i think from the FM22 days, it broke the game's system and was so powerful, and was always my favourite tactic due to the gameplay and how many 1v1s it created.
so i went with this and made small edits, the original tactic doesn't work anymore, but with acceleration and pace, it now works again and its unreal.

I'm happy to upload some of the goals scored to give you an idea of how it all works, but i ain't sure on how to upload videos.
any idea?
the assists will come from all over the pitch, but your main goalscorers will be your 3 shadow strikers, they score bundles and most of them will be from through balls.

Also i have tried this tactic using holiday mode on many top sides like madrid, man city, bayern and it don't work until you have the fast paced players like i mentioned in the opening post, acceleration and pace are the 2 most important attributes on the game.
this tactic relies heavily on speed and a shadow striker with 18 pace and 12 finishing, is better than a shadow striker with 20 finishing and 12 pace.
same goes for your IF's and IWB.

What was your line up from season one?
season 1 and 2 i was using a different tactic and wasn't signing players with the pace needed, but in season 3, i changed over to this tactic and signed players to suit.
the players i did keep was Hall at IWB and Livromento on IWB, i kept tonali as the RMP in midfield and retrained bruno as a shadow striker but his pace just didn't improve enough so continued to use him in rotation with Tonali.
i had gordan left IF and signed Chukwueze on the right as i ignored other attributes and concentrated on acceleration and speed which he has 17-17
i signed Garnacho who was unhappy and once again, due to his acceleration and pace and ignored other attributes, and Thiago Almada for the same reason.

Ok cool could you post a screen of your current line up?

I'm doing another test from the start, using Man Utd, signed a new IWB on left and right and selected the players i wanted to keep, and then left assistant to deal with the rest.
after 12 game, i'm top of league, won 8 drew 3 and lost 1, scored 31 and conceded 15.
I ALSO CHANGED FROM POSTIVE TO ATTACKING to see if it created more or less goals.
and this is with me only using players with pace, i've done no training, nothing!
so 2nd season i will offload loads of players and sign more fast players to suit this tactic.
the images give you an idea of the potential of this tactic once you have the right players.
and what i love most about this tactic, is that watching the goal highlights are always good goals.

Is changing the mentality from positive to attacking better?
Not so sure yet, doing more tests, Man Utd was my first change to attacking, seem to be scoring more but concending more as well, so wont have the answer to your question until 2/3 seasons in once i've built a fast squad as i'm still playing players which don't have the speed needed.

@mezza147
Just finished 1st season in holiday mode, using the selected players i showed you and i'm pleasently surprised at how well this man utd side has done with the only signings being the left and right IWB.
I'm 100% certain if i sat down and focused on this save, sold alot of dead wood and signed alot of fast paced players, this squad would totally dominate.
scored over 100 prem goals in first season is madness without any big signings.

PS- signed Justin Kluivert due to his pace and acceleration, now holiday again for 1 full season and i'll let you know how it goes.
PSS- Normally i'd sell Fernandes but his assists and goal contributions have been amazing so i've kept him him and see how he does alongside rashford and Kluivert.

and for those who doubt how important the 3 meta attributes are (acceleration / speed / jumping)
watch this video and what this guy does and it will shock you.

I can't get Isak to score at all 3 games 0 goals and he's a fully SS I play him the middle one am I doing things wrong?

your 3 shadow strikers will share the goals, it all depends on who's creating the goals, as most goals will be through balls, maybe try isak on the left side of the front 3.

Hi, Your tactic looks interesting. are you saying Roaming Playmaker needs 15+ Jumping? Not many top players that are Playmakers have that rating of 15+ for jumping.

15 is what i'd look for, but 14 or even 13 should be fine.
I ain't sure why or how, but players with the 3 meta attributes always do better.
to the point where you can almost ignore all other attributes and concentrate solely on the meta 3.
I done a save last night with Man Utd, scored over 100 goals in first season and my 2 inverted wing backs was 2 players I'd never normally sign, but they both thrived.
I'm still testing but so far so good.
look for all players with acceleration, pace and jumping over anything else.
