Hey guys!
I'm playing in Ireland and all my players are very average technically but all seem to have very high pace, most of my attackers have 17+ pace.
I have a couple of midfielders who are slow but can play a pass and a couple who can play DM and tackle.
I also have slow defenders who have good tackling, marking&heading with full backs who are pacey.
The only way i seem to be able to hurt teams is when i lump the ball into the space between the Full back and the center back and let my fast wingers run onto it.
I have found a decent formation, i'm playing a 4-1-2-3 with three upfront (two of them wide men)
But i was wondering what instructions would be best for me in terms of getting the ball in behind the defence, i need to utilise this space but i don't know how! i'd also like all 3 of my front men to close down quickly and win the ball back.
How would i go about making a tactic to suit this?
Cheers guys!
