Lavezzi not sure if you can get him for 15m or less though :S

Depending on the season i managed to get him for preston for 11-12mil in the third season, its safe to say that was my only signing that year.

Or you could get Agbonlahor for 10mil, heres some screenshots of their stats this season (Lavezzi is injured for 4 months now)
