Paid data editing

Hi

Does any one know of a company individual who is willing to create editor files for FM22. I have a idea that I would like to put into practice but don't have the skill or time to create this myself.
I have tried a few mods but not be able to get them to work correctly.
The mod would require creating a new country leagues and additional European competition.
I would be willing to pay for service rendered.

I'm looking for the best editing software to use paid or free, that is very very easy to use and get basic commentary out over some pictures and videos, andyjiang is a perfect example of what i'm after in terms of editing within my video.
