Palermo who to sign

Thinking of starting a game with Palermo and looking to get to the top of Serie A. Just wondering if anyone has ever started one with them and which players they have signed which would be good for the team. Not sure how much transfer budget they are given.:S

Not with Palermo, but Udinese who are similar financially, and have probably a slightly worse squad. I signed Scott Dann to partner Zapata at CB. Giovani Dos Santos as an Inside Forward, Jonathan Cristaldo, Mauro Zarate and Nuri Sahin.
