Pandurii Targu Jiu tactic help

Can somebody help me create a tactic for Pandurii Targu Jiu(romanian first league)?I want a 4-2-3-1,tryed many combinations but with no luck.
Any help would be apreaciated

You need to be a bit more specific. You want to play attacking football, possession, counter, and so on.

i never liked possesion football,i like more attacking football..

So far the best 4-2-3-1 tactic i used was Raikan's Borussia Tactic. You can find it in the tactics section.

now i'm using something like

GK
FB-BP-LD-WB
CM-DLP
IF - AP - IF
DLF
and after 4 games i have 3 wins and 1 loss
