panel help?

Can some please help me with panels please?
I am messing about with steklo skin to make 1 for personnel use and am stuck on this,doing my head in as total useless at panels.
attached a screenshot with what im trying to achieve any advise would be a help.
i would like to have all the quicklinks on the footer bar

very nice job there! i wouldnt know how to put the quicklinks on the footer but reckon your be better putting the same thread on the SI forum in the skinning section,ive had good help recently form radestock and murray on there as im currently customising a wednesday skin

BTW: how did you put the graphics on the titlebar the writing?

Depends on size of your screen took alot of trial n error but my title bar was 900 x 115 so you do pretty much what you want to it that space used photoshop for it, yours might be a little different tho as mine is steklo skin so its a bit shorter.find it here or there abouts mate.
