it's about being addicted to video games (lol) anyone watching?
 
nah i wish i did now though, any chance its on again does anyone know?
 
I'll be checking it out on iPlayer later. I'm guessing I'll be spending most of the time cringing.

Aye what a bunch of freaks, admitting they are addicted. Surely you would just stop yourself playing like a normal person its not hard with a console, you take away the console and walaa, not like fooking alcohol or cigarettes that are cheaper and more accessable. N what the **** were their parents doing.

I dont even see how you can get adicted to a game. some people are addos seriously fm is one of my favourite games but I could easily go months without touching fm which I have done in the past
 
What were the games that the people were addicted to. I got a feeling its probably WoW. I get addicted to FM, but I probably play around 2 or 3 hours a day, depending if theres any football on, or if i go gym.

It was WoW and some other games.

they got some "kids" and some boffins who said being addicted to games is serious despite no evidence. went to south Korea and interviewed some people. not at one point did they mention the word FUN.


What were the games that the people were addicted to. I got a feeling its probably WoW. I get addicted to FM, but I probably play around 2 or 3 hours a day, depending if theres any football on, or if i go gym.

WAW, MW2, starcraft and some Korean games.
 
I just get how people can get addicted to games. I mean dont they have lifes. Dont these kids go school/college/university or have a job.

How old were the children, or didnt they give out their ages?? Sorry for all these questions, but I cant be arsed to watch it
 
i think a couple of them got kicked out of uni cos of their "addiction"

and the others were my age or younger (16)

i think the oldest was 20 who had no social life and played WAW all day. most kids were kicked out of college or uni.
 
****, Not good. Like someone said in a earlier post, What are their parents doing?? There must do something. How can someone play a game for a long period of time in 1 day.
It also shows that the gaming industry, in my personal opinion is the leading industry in home entertainments, ahead of films and music.
 
Really annoys me when the news starts reporting on 'cases' of gaming addiction and saying it's a serious problem facing us in the future. It's only really sad and pathetic people that get addicted to games, most people just play them for the enjoyment, not because they physically have to.
