I've gotten Paris FC the semi pro french team to the top leauge in 3 seasons France and now I'm doing awfully. I've tried lots of tactics including my own and raikin's might and magic and nothing works- so it cant be down to tactics. Any idea how to boost my teams morale with team meetings or whatever? Don't think theyre cut out for this level yet.
