Part time training?

I'm just starting new LLM, i manage Hyde united. I have a problem with my training schedule. it show GENERAL (PART TIME) and GOALKEEPER (PART TIME), what does that mean?, why i can't used my own training schedule?^o) thanks b4 cheerz..

Because your players are only part time. The players you want to train full time you will have to offer them a full time contract.
