Partner with Cardozo

I never seem to get the best out of Carozo in my Newcastle team Who would be a good partner to buy alongside him to use him effectively? i normally set him to target man (with it set to his head)

I played Fleck beside him and Cardozo plays really well and scores a decent amount of goals always above 15 [not injured] however fleck doesn't play too well so Im looking for a new striker.
