I need some advice. The team instructions i prefer are retain possession with a short passing style and a slower tempo however some players prefer direct with higher tempo where some prefer the style i am going for.
I am wondering if i stick with the style i want will the players adapt to that system or should i try to please the majority. I have only noticed this issue by checking my assistants feedback during the match.
