Passing & Tempo

What is the best passing style and tempo if you have a highly skilled midfield and strikers?

I tend to find that at chelsea with the highly skilled players i have there short sharp passing with a quick tempo works a treat. Especially as i play a diamond so the build up play must go through midfield due to the lack of natural width in the system. Therefore the more gifted players find it far more easy to pop one touch short sharp quick passes together. maybe that helps???
