I have been trying and trying to create a possession tactic with some consistency and came up with this 4-6-0 which has worked well, beating Arsenal 2 - 0 and Arsenal ending the game with 1 shot (off target). I remember the days on FM 2012 where I had a tactic where my team would complete around 900 passes in one game, a bit unrealistic for Football Manager of today, so I was quite pleased with 699 complete passes! Could have had 1 more pass ay? haha! I will post more details on how you can go about creating this tactic soon!

Wow look at that! I'm really curious though of the amount of CCC you have in a game

I have only just started this game, but I will certainly upload some match stats at the half way point later on today. I am going to produce 2 other tactics with the same formation but with different fluidity such as "Attacking" and "Control" to see how they differ in comparison. Keep an eye out :)

Also if you have had any luck with any tactics in regards to Possession based, let me know! I am always on the look out for different methods.

Results so far with this Tactic are below

How do u find ur defence is so solid? with no midfielders on defend duty and CWB?s

Well Contain is a defensive fluidity, but effective at keeping the ball. I also have the option "Stick to positions" selected which makes the formation very rigid and compact, but still effective in the offensive areas with Attack minded players.

I imagine if he has invented a tactic that keeps the ball effectively and attacks with possession also, then the opp can't attack if they don't have the ball and will have to be more defensive if they're constantly on the back foot - Meaning they won't have many opportunities to attack. You make a good offence your best defence. I don't personally see how you haven't been countered for at least one goal on this thing, but that's just me being cynical :p
