A question regarding manager past experience you set upon the start of the game. If you pick Sunday League manager, does that mean your players won't respect you and, consequently, listen to your instructions? Or it simply states your in-game reputation which you have to build up...

if you go to a big club with a very low reputation the players don't believe in you and think you can be successful, as you would expect. Morale is lowered by this. The players still play well so make sure you win to improve your rep and increase morale ;)

Ok, so only their morale is affected, not obedience? That's what I'd like to know...If my crappy reputation demoralises them, but they still listen to me, I can live with that :p

I think they still listen to you. My Tottenham team still did well even though I had sunday reputation

And i always go automatic what is its meaning?
I want it to be real so i didnt play football
