What does everyone have this set as?

I am going to start a game as Man City, and i'm not too sure what to set it as....

Does it affect players? (If they come to you or not)

Suggestions please....

If you are a sunday league footballer, you players will start unhappy because your ability is doubtful.

If you are Internationa Footballer there will be no problem.

Sunday League Footballer - Your fans and players will be doubtful of your ability but your given more time to prove yourself.

International Footballer - Higher reputation players will come to you and your players will be happy but if things go wrong then you don't get as much time to before you are sacked.
