Patch 10.3 - Arsenal????

So I have just installed patch 10.3 and thought i would try my game at Arsenal, thinking I would only really need to buy perhaps a GK and a ST..
Lo and behold, Arsenal have NO MONEY for transfers and you cannot request any or alter the wage budget...
WTF?????

On 10.3 i got 34 million for European Qualification through league position :/

yer they start of with 25-35 million so something must be up with your game

Yeah they do start with £20m you must of unticked start game with transfer budgets.
