Patch 10.3 Help

When i see players in patch 10.3 they are much much better example Verratti and Lukaku. Are patch 10.3 better ?

And i have a question more: Now i got patch 10.0 and i have a saved game can i change it to 10.3 on my saved game ?

patch 10.3 is just an update on the players stats so if verratti has been breaking into the first team at pescara and lukaku at anderlecht then their stats will have been increased. also if they have been getting better reviews in their home countries in the media then SI will probably take that into account aswell.

And as for changing a game from 10.0 to 10.3, sadly there is no way of doing it.

Then normally Lukaku need to be better , i am supporting for Anderlecht ,
And he was topscorder of belgium and al ready international

upgrading to 10.3 will make the game and mtach enine changes straight way. but database changes like attribtes and transfers come in after a new game
