Patch 11.3 Help

I downloaded the 11.3 patch automatically from steam, and then today my computer stuffs up and won't load Windows Vista, so what i did is i set back the system to about 3 weeks ago.
The computer worked fine but all of my save files wont load any more. This ****** me off but I accept that It was probably going to happen.
What ****** me off even more is that the patch wont load. The only options that i can load are Default, 11.1 and 11.2. Is there any way to download the patch again, or will I have to play on 11.2

happens to me aswell.. go into control panel.. add/remove prgrams and uninstall steam... then go on the website.. reinstall it and then you just have to install fm11 back into steam and then it works

Yeah, I decided to just play the game on the 11.2 patch but everytime the game loaded it got crash dumps, however how little leages i loaded.
So now ive reinstalled and its working
