can you use the database from the 11.3 patch if you are playing a game that does not have the 11.3 patch
i made a game with the 11.0 patch and i miss some players like the japanese player from arsenal

no of course not, the 11.3 patch has updated players on it, it uses the database from the latest patch not the default
