Patches Via Steam

Hello guys!
Right im kinda a "noob" and installing patches and stuff.
I really wanna make my FM 2011 a better playing experiance!
So i wanna install the Face Packs, Badges, Ect Ect!

BUT!...

How do i do Via Steam, Please help me out!

Installing facepacks etc. is all the same as you still have the game files on your system so just follow the instructions on said facepacks thread.
Source: I use Steam aswell and have Installed and made player faces for FM2011

Erm, another question, maybe stupid but ima fire away anyway

Where are the files located :$ ( Via Steam )

Libraries>Documents>Sports interactive>Football Manager 2011
(I use windows 7 btw )
And be aware that you will have to make some of the folders yourself
