Hello, i have Paulo Henrique, javier pastore and lionel messi on the same team. I play with paulo henrique and javier pastore on central midtfielder, but what instructions and roles should they have. they have an avarage on 6.8. and messi on 7.2, but i would like to make messi have a good avarage...

What to do ??

Play a narrow 4-2-3-1 maybe, with those three all as AMC?

you can play AMC's as playmakers

id probably try:

messi as a treq, with advanced setting as run with ball often.
pastore as attacking midfielder - attack
paulo as advanced playmaker - attack

Lionel Messi as a Trequartista, AMC
Javier Pastore as an Advanced Playmaker on Support, AMCR

Edit Messi's Player Instructions for him to roam more and give him the most creativity out of the three seeing as he is better than both of them, possibly tick 'Run From Deep' and his closing down to 'Whole Pitch'.
