Pay as you play option?

On FM12 is there a 'pay as you play option'? where the player only gets payed if he plays, just because im about to make a risky signing where he the player is quite injury prone. Could some one tell me if there is this option? if it helps im Brighton in the championship.

If you offer a tiny wage but high appearance fee then its just like a pay as you play deal and older players usualy accept them

You can if they accept a non contract where you only pay apperance fee, goal bonus ect. Find that the lowest level to accept this is league 2 however.

Well, you can offer a non-contract in lower leagues but as you're Brighton that's irrelevant. Anyway, just offer him a low wage and a high appearance fee.. As they would in real life. Check out Woodgate's contract for example, at least I think it's Woodgate.

Btw, you're probably better off not signing the player if you don't even think he's worth his wages.
