Stuart Pearce has signed a new 2-year-deal with the FA to keep him as England U21 manager.

BBC Sport - Pearce signs two-year extension as England U21 coach

Think it's the correct decision. Would have been silly to get rid of him after this tournament considering what he's done previously. One bad tournament doesn't justify sacking the man. FA finally make a good decision.

Thoughts...

Good, actually give him the chance to learn and adapt and change. English football is behind, we need the continuity to catch up. And his under 21 tenure has been largely successful

Exactly that Mike. Completely agree.

They need to keep moving and let the manager learn from failure rather than sacking him at the first glance of something going wrong.

The football he plays is dire, probably worse than what the senior team play.

actually to be fair it was pretty good up till he went with the defensive duo in the tournament (no wilshere, and he had no plan b without him) but again let him learn from his mistakes.he should have gambled more on lansbury, and taken Mceachran
