Penalty Bug?

On my Sunderland save, literally all the penalties I get now are either missed or saved. Its not like ive got bad penalty takers (Gylfi Siggurdson, Bryan Ruiz). Is this a bug because it surely cant be coincedence?

16 and 14 for composure. They scored them no bother till last season.

Ah dunno then mate sorry, can you interact with the player about his penalty taking saying place it rather then smash or anything like that?

Its just unlucky mate. There isnt really much you can do about it

Which update are you on? Because after downloading 11.2 it fixed the problem for me.
