Penalty glitch in a match.

If I had drawn or lost this match by 1 goal, I would have rage quitted.

I don't know if you will be able to see but Will Keane takes the penalty, scores and it rebounds out of the net. But the commentary said that he blazed it over the bar!

It's a known issue. It's a visual glitch for whatever reason and the commentary in this case is correct. The penalty was blazed over the bar and it is a missed penalty in the ME. Just a bug that slipped through.
