Penalty Shout Out lost 5 in a row

Hi all, as the title suggests, I need assistance. I've lost five in a row now and its a problem. My latest against fleetwood in the 2nd round of the league cup. This is annoying. How do you select your takers? I'm West Ham. I usually miss the 1st penalty and maybe the second, the opposition simply scores all of them and I lose

As far as I know, it's completely luck based... I think you've just been unfortunate. I usually just use the auto select button and still win most of the time.

I don't think I've lost a penalty shootout. I've been to round 15 before, and still won... I think its just luck and depends on the keeper/shooter to mess up or come up big.
