Pentagon Challenge/Reputation Help

I started the Pentagon challenge a while back, played into the 2019 season and had about 3 different clubs, but my problem is I can't seem to improve my reputation.
i taken a struggling second division Chinese side to mid table in the top division, then left due to finances.
finished 5th in Indonesia twice, reaching 2 two cup semi finals, but still my reputation is only national.
it's impossible for me to get a job at a half decent club in any country, is the only way to improve your reputation by winning things?
i have also just taken the Singaporean under 23 job for the Asian games, will a good performance in that help improve my rep.

Because it can change every time you go to a new country. To have a national rep so early on is a good thing. Many managers in top leagues from Europe are barely known outside their own country, very difficult to get continental.
