Then Pep came to Bayern - I'm just back after the Winter break, and after 17 games Bayern have only dropped TWO points. They have 67 goals for and only 9 against!
Mario Gomez has 31 goals from 17 starts!
I myself have only dropped 5 points - including a 2-1 loss in Munich, and yet have been playing catch up all season.
I have never seen a team perform this well for so long. And I've never before felt that I have to win every single game for the rest of the season to win something!
Have I any hope of them collapsing? Maybe a broken league for Gomez?
Thankfully I managed to get Neymar on a free for the start of the third season so I should be able to compete on a more level playing field by then!
