The GK doesnt have any specific instruction, and no i dont put players marking specific positions, all instructions are handled by Assist Manager

When you set it to the AM he changes the instructions each game.

I get good results with this, but not good possession. (testing with Man City)
Often in games I'm fighting to get above 50% possession until the second half.

With my own possession tactic I was getting around 58% to 60+% possession and getting around 580 to 700 attempted passes at full time. Which I still wasn't happy with, I want more possession and passes.. so that's why I downloaded this tactic

But with this tactic, surprisingly I'm getting alot less possession and passes, regularly I'm only getting around 370 to 480 attempted passes at full time.. a significant drop. It does play nice football and the possession/passes are spread out abit (which I like) it's just the number for possession and especially attempted passes are low.

True, this isn't a possession tactic, but its very good creating chances.

You put it on the set piecres foleder, to load it you must choose "load all routines"

good tactic, the best 4231 in this year, but I have some questions: 1. The goalkeeper's long throw-ins are always very bad. Would switching to a short throw-in change the overall tactical outlook? 2. Would inserting the instruction “take the ball into the box” change the overall tactical picture?
