Don't worry if you don't have players suited to the Complete Forward or Raumdeuter roles.
Christian Gytkjaer got 20 goals in my first season with 1 star rating at CF.
James Wilson got 31 goals with a 1 star rating at CF.
Deniss Rakels got 15 goals in 1 season with a 1 star rating as a Raumdeuter for me.

Training I use Fitness (High) in pre-season and Team Cohesion (High) during the season.

I play on FM Touch and this worked with playing games or instant result.

I have attached the version in the article and an inverted version, the inverted version has the winger on the right which better suited my players.

Tried this for a couple of months w City (mainly by vaycay) and im impressed.

85 % pass completion in the league, second most completed passes, second most average possession 57,13%. Ive scored most goals in the league (19, 7 conceded)

8 league games 7 wins and 1 draw.
3 CL matches, 1 loss, 1 draw and 1 win
