I need help with the pre-match, H/T and F/T pep talk. It seems that my players dont really seem to be listening. For example, the team plays well with ratings of above 7.0 for all the players and i set the F/T pep talk to 'Well done' but some just dont seem to listen. Anyone with the same problem out there?

More often than not they won't listen. During an average team talk i'd only get 2/3 responses from my players. Try these...

Favourites for the match = I expect a win
Slight favourites = We can win today
Underdogs = Good Luck or No Pressure
Derby game = For the fans
Losing at HT = I expect more from you
Winning at HT = Pleased or Don't get complacent
Substitutes = I expect a performance
Substitute Strikers when not winning = You can make a difference

But overall don't expect every player to listen
