Pep talks

is it a good idea to ask assistent manager to handle pep talks, or some other staff member and is just motivating important in staff member who is handeling your pep talk or is there anything else?

Better to do it yourself IMO. It's not that hard once you got the basics of it.

But if you don't want to do it yourself, I'd say Man Management is very important too.
