Perfect Playmaker

Which attributes do you think make the perfect playmaker. Obviously they need to be a good passer, and have vision (creativity) but what else?

I start this thread because I am looking for a long term replacement to carrick, and have bought Hamsik in the past and regretted it. As such, I have come to believe that things like teamwork, decisions, work rate and determination are just as important, if not more so...

What do you think?

Do you think influence has any effect on players trying to dictate tempo?

What do you look for in a playmaker?

try this ability (playmaker)
Basic CM-> Passing, Stamina, tackling, decisions, work rate, dribbling
Advance (add+) -> creativity, first touch, anticipation, technique

PPM-> Play simply passes, dictate tempo, play one two (all this will useful when u like a total possessing ftball)
