He's currently at brentford in real life but just because he's an amazing coach in the game, hes still at bolton? Can i transfer him or what? He wont enter contract negotiations with brentford.

I thought the same thing. None of Brentford's staff are correct, other than Uwe. Bit of lazy work from Sega and the FM2012 team.

He is at Bolton. I promoted him to being my assistant. Not very good with tactical advise though. For that I depend of Ricky Sbragia and myself.
