Have you trained him to stop diving into tackles?

If you give him, or any other player with that PPM, the instruction to Tackle Harder you WILL get reds and give away pens.

What was the team status you gave him when he signed the first contract? Players who become World Class will almost always keep asking for contracts until they are Key Players - because they know they are worth it.

After one season of Jones as a first choice CB he should be on +/- 140k a week.

No, I haven't. I wish I knew this wisdom 32 yellow and 5 red cards prior. The OI tackle harder? If so, I don't use OI and if I do, hard tackling isn't selected. Excellent knowledge, he's only first-team on £120k p/w as I allow the DoF to handle contract negotiations. One would assume even the DoF would award a player who's averaged 7.62 the past 3.5 seasons from 129 games with key player status. I just assumed he'd be after more money, he was obviously after more respect. I play him at RB after selling Rafael to Barça for £50m.
