Is Teamwork and Workrate more important when you use a fluid system than a rigid?

Players have to be better at working together in a fluid, no?

I am about to pick a team with many good teamplayers, and can't if I should go with fluid or rigid.

Yes, fluid does work best if you have a team with good teamwork and work rate, as mot of the players are part of the build up

A fluid philosophy also works best if you have creative players, so make sure your players are

My team has anything but creative players. So maybe I should invest in at least one.
