I was just wondering what the Physio actually does in FM. Obviously I know what his jobs is. What I mean is if I a physio has a high physiotherapy rating, then does it mean that players can recover slightly quicker? Or can he simply predict more accurately how long a player will be injured? I am wondering as I am curently managing De Graafschap in the second tier of the Dutch league, and thinking whether it is worth investing in my Physios. Cheers
