At the start of the game i have 4 physios, is there any need or is it just a waste of wages?

Of course you need them..... What will players do if they get injured and no physio is there? It's like bike without wheels.

Well...yeah of course! More physio, the better. This means it will reduce the player's length time of returing of injury. I had 7 Physio once and they recover a month instead of 2 or 3 months :O

Nah...one physio takes injury longer plus hard for fitness levels to come back on.

i always try and have as many physios as the board will allow and try and go for physios that are 18+ on phsiotherapy.

to save wages, reduce your number of scouts
i usually have 2 or 3, 1 for next opponent and 1 for general scouting, also i sometimes use my assistant manager 2 scout.
