Decided since I have Photoshop back that I would re-open up this kit request thread. Please follow these rules:

1. Don't rush me for kits, they'll be done.
2. Don't request a kit here that you have already requested elsewhere, or request a kit elsewhere that I have just made.
3. Don't moan in general.
4. Use the template provided, or I will ignore your request.
5. You must have at least 150 posts before requesting.
6. Don't request when the status is set to CLOSED.

If you break the rules, you'll get banned.

Ban List: Searly, Ronaldinho_Admirer, John Heale, Lol_101.

Third design and colours: Black main colour, bits of white
Any additional info? (Champions League logo, etc.): Premier League patches?
