Pixelated problem

When i load my football manager it comes up as normal and then comes up with XML parsing error. I carry on but when i get to my save everything stretches really wide and goes out of sync. Can anyone help?

only thing i can think of is to re install the game or to try a diffrent skin maybe a custom one off here or if ur already using one then try the default skin
