Placing right only and left only foot players in centre position

I dont think it really matters their both quite basic old school defenders as in tackle and hoof it down field

So I have two strikers without any prefered moves...One of them is Trequartista with only right foot...The other one is a Poacher with a reasonable left which is a bonus...How do you play them as STCR & STCL and what are your reasons to do it...?

My midfielders are all right footed with no preferred move...There is the one a little back from behind as Defensive midfielder with role as ball winning...the two central midfielders are MCL as box to box midfielder and MCR as advanced playmaker...
