planning permission

just had planning permission refused by local government for stadium expansion, i am in the championship and limited to 8880 capacity. its killing me, anyone know a way around this? or had it happen to themselves?

Looks like a new stadium is the only way to go and to do that it would cost about 20 million for a 15,000 seated stadium.

well thats good news as i cant earn enough gate receipts to make a profit i have to sell all my players then haha
