Play Attribute Arrows

Hey guys. I've seen in some peoples screen shots their players have arrows by players attributes telling them if they're getting better or worse. What do I need to do to turn them on? :/ Thanks if you can help.

(I meant player in the title)

There is a tick box on the attributes page of every player it says "show recent attribute change", it's in the top right.

check the square in the top right hand side of the artibutes
it should say something like show artribute change

My god! I have played silly silly amounts of Football Manager, and I have never noticed that box! Thanks guys
